How do I get item assistance?

Look for the logos next to the item’s name to get assistance from the item’s seller or brand .

Tap the logo to start a conversation with an assistant.

When assistants are busy, you will be placed in a queue and informed how long you will have to wait.

Can I ask quick questions or FAQs about items?

Yes! Asking questions and getting answers is extremely easy in ShopSee.

Instead of having to type them out long hand, you can tap to select popular questions and answers depending on the item.

Can I rate an item?

ShopSee let’s you rate any subject item in chat on a 1-5 scale.

How do I avoid being disturbed by a particular friend or conversation?

To stop receiving posts or calls from particular friends or topics mark the relevant conversation as “do not disturb“.

 

 

Can I get a summary of what was said about a particular item?

Absolutely!

TapĀ  at the top of your conversation to see a list of all the items discussed.

Tap the item you want.

Then filter your conversation to see what was said about it.
